a) Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree. For degrees obtained abroad, an equivalence certificate approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) is required.
b) Applicants must have an ALES score of at least 55, as specified in the program’s special requirements. (Candidates who have previously graduated from a doctoral program are exempt from the ALES requirement; their ALES score will be considered as 55.)
